DebCLab collaborates with Stanford University to work on a US-India project
DebCLab in collaboration with Prof. Rishee Jain, director of the Urban Informatics Lab at Stanford University has received research funding for a US-India joint project. This research is funded by the ‘TIH-IoT US-India Collaborative Research Program 2022' with the grant number TIH-IoT/2022-07/ IC /NSF/SL/ NIUC-2022-07/004.
This project aims to find optimized solutions for a balanced indoor environmental quality and energy consumption in educational and residential buildings. The project entails extensive sensor deployment and data analytics.
The PI from IIT Bombay is Prof. Chirag Deb while the Co-PI is Prof. Arnab Jana. Both are faculty members at the Centre for Urban Science & Engineering (CUSE).
